About
Our guest rooms are located in a renovated old farmhouse in the heart of the village of Mercenac, at the foot of the Betchat forest, facing the Vallier and close to various destinations and activities in Couserans, allowing you to explore the area at your leisure during the day.
We look forward to welcoming you to our large house, comprising the Saisonniers house with two guest rooms, Hydrangea and Aquilégia, the Métayers house with the Paéonia room (and a bakery on the ground floor) and the central part belonging to the owners.
Our characterful rooms offer old-world charm with modern comforts (half-timbering, renovated antique furniture, etc.).
Enjoy the ornamental garden with its thousands of varieties of flowers or the barn, which houses the large summer kitchen available for your use.
Simple, healthy cuisine will be served for breakfast. Organic gardening and renewable energy are at the heart of our commitments.
Evening meals are available upon advance reservation.
The en-suite bedrooms are located upstairs and have a separate entrance.

* Hydrangea bedroom, sleeps 2 (extra bed for a child can be added)
* Paeonia bedroom, family room for 2 to 4 adults + 1 child.
Accueil : Rooms on the first floor accessible by stairs
The Hydrangea bathroom is on the same floor as the bedroom, accessible by a spiral staircase
