Group accommodation in a large chalet in the heart of the Pyrenees, 8 km from the Mourtis ski resort, with an unfenced garden.

A little way from the Pyrenean village of Boutx, this large chalet offers a peaceful mountain setting with a wide range of outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, donkey rides, etc.). Saint-Béat (shops, swimming pool) is 4 km away, Lake Géry is 5 km away (open-air café), the Pyrénées-Hô tree-top adventure park is 9 km away, as is the Fronsac base (rafting, canoeing), the Spanish border is 13 km away, Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing and thermal baths) is 23 km away and Montréjeau (swimming lake, train station, etc.) is less than 30 minutes away by car. On site: hiking. Partnerships with mountain activity providers.

A 380m² house on 5000m² of land crossed by a stream, this large gîte with 14 bedrooms and 45 beds (9 bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor and 5 bedrooms with shared bathrooms on the second floor) is spread over 3 floors:
– Ground floor: entrance hall, large dining room with fireplace, professional kitchen divided into 2 rooms, TV lounge.
– first floor: the 9 bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower, washbasin and toilet) are as follows: 3 double bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed, 1 triple bedroom with 3 single beds (90 x 190 cm), 2 of which are bunk beds, 3 triple bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) and 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm), 1 quadruple room with 4 single beds (90 x 190 cm) in bunk beds (balcony terrace) and 1 quadruple room with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) and 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) in bunk beds (balcony terrace).

Self-catering: £1,400 per weekend, £1,900 for 3 nights, £3,600 per week ( £4,500 for New Year’s Eve).
