The town centre is a 5-minute walk away, and access to the ski lifts is a 10-minute walk away.
Our flat is in excellent condition and fully furnished and equipped, measuring 27m² (Carrez law, 36m2 floor area).
Fully equipped for your comfort: TV/DVD, fridge, microwave/grill, electrical appliances (coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle), clotheslines, ironing board and iron, washing machine, outdoor furniture for the balcony, hoover, hairdryer.
Sleeping capacity for 4 people, including a separate bedroom upstairs (2 beds 80/200 that can be moved closer together) and a sofa bed in the living room. 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.
WIFI available. Floating parquet flooring ensures a cosy atmosphere.

You can also make the most of our 4m² balcony (deckchairs with table and parasol), which offers uninterrupted views of the mountains, in particular the Superbagnères slopes and the Oueil valley. The south/west facing position guarantees plenty of sunshine for relaxing moments.
There is a secure private car park (not covered) and a ski room for your mountain equipment.
Please note that our accommodation is non-smoking and that pets are not allowed.
Bagnères-de-Luchon, a charming spa resort surrounded by mountains, offers a range of activities to suit all tastes:
Mountain activities, you can hit the ski slopes in winter, explore hiking trails in summer or even indulge in water activities. If you’re a thrill-seeker, paragliding is also an option.
Relaxation with the Luchon thermal baths, casino, cinema and golf course nearby.
Close to Spain, explore a different culture, sample authentic Spanish cuisine or visit historic sites and picturesque towns on the other side of the border.
