We, Sylvie and Patrick, welcome you to our carefully chosen home in Malzieu-Ville, recently awarded the “Most Beautiful Village of France” label. My cooking is simple, home-style, and generous, favoring local products; breads, brioches, cakes, jams, aperitifs, and syrups are all homemade for everyone’s enjoyment. Patrick’s heart beats to the rhythm of fly fishing trips and finds fulfillment in the verdant oasis he continually cultivates. A large, peaceful garden near the Truyère River offers a relaxing retreat, and numerous hiking trails start right from the house. We are a 5-minute walk from the center of the medieval tourist town of Malzieu-Ville, with its rich heritage and diverse shops. This “green resort” offers a wide range of outdoor activities, including via ferrata, climbing, treetop adventure courses, horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, and more.
