I was a walker from the Puy-en-Velay to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, then a cyclist to Santiago de Compostela. I know the advantages and disadvantages of each, their difficulties, their joys. I know that some people need to prepare their journey in advance, and that others will go where their heart leads them….
