Situated in a 50-hectare wine-growing estate on the banks of the Etang de Thau with a breathtaking view of SÈTE and the Etang de Thau, the house has been entirely renovated with great taste and comfort. It is divided into two parts, a rental part and a part belonging to the owners. The entrances are independent. Each has its own private garden, although not fenced in to preserve the beauty of the site. The swimming pool is private for the tenants. The house is fully equipped for young children (high chair, bath bouncer, changing mat, wooden cot and cot bed, toilet reducer, bouncer). A staircase barrier is also in place as well as a swimming pool protection. The house has a CD player, WIFI access, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, family coffee maker and MALONGO coffee maker. We also provide a beach kit (beach umbrellas and rabs). For the children, a parasol, a children’s hut
