Fancy getting some fresh air, enjoying the mountains and spending time with your family? Our flat in the Les Pics d’Aran residence welcomes you all year round in Bagnères-de-Luchon, a charming spa town nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees.
Situated on the outskirts of Luchon, in a peaceful setting, the 35 m² flat can accommodate up to 6 people. It is particularly well-suited to families thanks to its practical layout: a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with bunk beds and a living room with a sofa bed.

The living room is a cosy space to relax in after a day’s hiking, skiing or exploring the region. The kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave, makes it easy to prepare your meals.
From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains as well as the residence’s swimming pool, which is open from 15 June to 15 September each year. In summer, the pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing after a day of activities.

It features a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with bunk beds and a living room with a sofa bed, making it ideal for families or holidays with friends.
The living area opens onto a balcony offering lovely views of the mountains and the residence’s swimming pool. The kitchenette is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals with ease: fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave and grill, and all the essential kit.

The residence also offers a range of facilities popular with families: table tennis tables, a pétanque court, a garden and free parking. A ski storage room is also available for storing equipment for mountain activities.

An ideal location for exploring Luchon: the town centre of Bagnères-de-Luchon and its thermal baths are easily accessible. Nearby, Lake Badech is a lovely spot for a stroll and a relaxing break.

Nature and sports enthusiasts will be in their element: hiking, mountain biking, skiing in Superbagnères, paragliding, golf, fishing or exploring the many lakes and villages of the Pyrenees.

For those seeking wellness, Luchon is also renowned for its thermal baths, whilst the Balnéa centre is a 30-minute drive away.

Whether you’re coming for a weekend, a week’s holiday, a sports break or simply to recharge your batteries, the Les Pics d’Aran flat is a convenient and pleasant base from which to enjoy all the region has to offer.
