Quiet, S-E-facing apartment 700m from town center. A free shuttle bus takes you to the cable car (town center) linking Ax/ville to Ax 3 Domaines in winter.
In a recently-built (2011) *** tourism residence, altitude 740m, 1500m from the SNCF train station, 700m by road from AX les Thermes town center and gondolas (which take you to the foot of the slopes at AX 3 Domaines), or a 5-minute walk along the footpath. A shuttle bus stop for transfers to the gondolas and town center in 5 minutes is located at the entrance to the residence. Heated, secure swimming pool in summer, individual ski locker adjoining the apartment. An outdoor parking space inside the residence is available free of charge.
Apartment description:
This 37m² walk-through apartment is in perfect condition; it is located on the first floor on the north-west side, and on the 1st floor on the south-east side. For sanitary reasons, it is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed. No external noise pollution.
The living room: is bright and opens onto a balcony (5m²) facing south-east, sunny all morning until around 1pm. It is equipped with a double sofa bed and air conditioning.
The kitchen: very functional, you’ll have all today’s equipment at your disposal (including crockery for 6 people, 4-burner vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.), raclette machine, croque-monsieur machine, and picnic basket included!
The master bedroom: also facing south-east, you’ll be awakened by the sun’s rays (in summer!). Double bed. Please note that a crib is available free of charge on reservation.
The sleeping area: (6m²), separate from the other rooms, is equipped with bunk beds that will delight two children.
The bathroom: you can take a bath in a real bathtub! separate toilet.
