We welcome you to our two neighboring houses, the Villas du Gai Ruisseau, located in the heart of a charming village in the Provençal Gard, just 25 minutes from Uzès. The property can accommodate up to 25 guests and features 2 heated swimming pools.

The property is ideal for large groups wishing to spend time together while still enjoying multiple living spaces.
In total, the two houses can accommodate up to 25 guests and offer 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and spacious, welcoming living areas.

Both houses have been carefully renovated, preserving their charm and authenticity while providing modern comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchens, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy living spaces.

Each house features its own private heated swimming pool, as well as terraces and outdoor areas designed to make the most of sunny days.
Le Gai Ruisseau offers inviting outdoor spaces perfect for socializing and sharing moments together. In winter, the wood stove creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Le Vieux Tilleul, a charming former village house, offers a more intimate setting with a cozy garden arranged around the large lime tree and the pool.
Together, the two houses allow guests to gather while still enjoying quieter areas to relax.

Village shops (café, grocery store, butcher, and bakery) are within walking distance.

It is an ideal base for exploring Uzès and its famous market, the Pont du Gard, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Gardon gorges, the Rhône Valley vineyards, as well as the cities of Nîmes and Avignon.
