About
Before the creation of the road in 1905, this means of transport formerly served as well for the men as the animals and the goods. Today, it allows visitors to discover the most beautiful part of Les Gorges du Tarn. Departing from La Malène, the boatmen take you on a journey of 8 km of profiled turquoise water in the heart of the steepest part of this famous canyon. Duration of the descent: approximately 1 hour guided by a professional boatman. A boat can hold up to 6 people.
