About

In a secret valley, there is a camp where prehistoric people will show you their dexterity. Discover the life of prehistoric men through educational workshops, demonstration, conference, museum, flint knapping and fire lighting.

Come and try prehistoric weapons to hunt bison, discover the first works of our ancestors and become prehistoric artists… The Prehistoric Camp offers animations and activities of one or two hours as well as day or half-day programs. In Bruniquel, the activities take place in the reconstruction of a Paleolithic camp with different types of habitats in the middle of nature in an area rich in archaeological deposits. The workshops are under shelter. The workshops include flint knapping, fire lighting, hunting initiation with, for example, the shooting of an assegai with a propeller, and prehistoric art and music workshops.
