About

Domaine de l’Auribelle is divided into several parcels around the villages of Caux and Néffiès, in the foothills of the southern Cévennes, benefiting from a wide diversity of soils, exposures and grape varieties.
The vines range in age from 20 to 40 years. The winegrowers are committed to preserving the ecosystems (hedges, copses, embankments) that help to safeguard biodiversity and stimulate the vines’ natural defenses.

Great care and attention are paid to the cultivation of the vines, with constant respect for the environment and the terroir, and no use of chemicals or insecticides. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the winemaking methods are natural.

Wines are neither fined nor filtered. The winemakers seek the best phenolic maturity and limit extraction to express freshness, finesse and respect for the typicality of the Pézenas terroir.
