About
La Vila Voltaire is an old winegrower’s house in the heart of a Mediterranean village, between sea and mountains. Vinification takes place in small stainless steel vats under bioprotection. Separating the plots of land to better understand each batch and guarantee the identity of each cuvée is an advantage! We have rehabilitated the old press of the house: the lees are fabulous and reused during the maturing in casks Terracotta barrels and jars are used to age our wines according to their potential.
