The Vallat family has been cultivating vines since 1830. Today, it operates three estates on some of the Languedoc?s most prestigious terroirs. The vineyards are managed by Jean-François Vallat, who has always favored integrated viticulture to care for his vines while minimizing their impact on the environment. Constant attention is paid to the vineyard: renewal of plots, monitoring of soils and their ecosystems, etc., enable us to provide the most appropriate solutions and produce authentic wines. The estate?s aim is to faithfully reflect all the nuances of its terroirs, from vines grown in perfect harmony with nature. The estate invites visitors to discover the authenticity and richness of its terroirs through a unique tasting experience. Our cellar, a place where people can meet and share, opens its doors for special moments around exceptional wines. Finally, the estate offers a wide range of events, including Vino Loco evenings and gourmet walks.
