Our vineyard produces “Vin de Grenier,”. This unique wine is crafted from grapes that undergo air-drying after harvesting. The white wine boasts a full-bodied taste with notes of white flowers and a distinct touch of acacia honey. It is matured in acacia-wood vats. Our red wine is processed using a traditional method involving heating in a cauldron. It is a blend of Abouriou and Jurançon Noir grape varieties, resulting in a deep red color and aromatic profiles of blackcurrant, black cherry, and prune. These wines, reminiscent of liqueurs in some aspects, serve excellently as an apéritif and pair well with foie gras, melon, and strawberries. It’s a unique experience worth trying! During the summer, you can visit our cellar on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6 pm.
