ARTISANAL DISTILLERY IN MONTPELLIER. “We’re carrying on a tradition. Hidden away in our former breeding building, we secretly produce exceptional spirits. We are committed to working with and embellishing the organic sugar cane molasses that we import from Cuba (notes of exotic fruits and flambéed bananas). We’ll be careful not to say too much for the moment… All the secrets of production and distillation will be revealed to you on the spot. We offer some rather ‘classic’ rums, including white rum at 40°C, a brut de colonne at 70°C, a rhum paille (aged for over 12 months in new oak barrels), as well as more original rums, such as rum liqueur with honey (honey from the Gard region, from the town of Aubais), rum liqueur with goat’s milk (Goat Save The King), a rum with CBD (distilled using fresh CBD buds)…
