At Portel-des-Corbières, in a former mine converted into an aging cellar, Terra Vinea presents the gourmet adventure on wine civilizations. The site offers a magical journey through the Rocbère underground cellars, 80 meters below the surface, under the Corbières mountain range, to discover wine civilisation and Mediterranean cultures. Terra Vinea is one of the most popular destinations in Languedoc Roussillon, where you will discover how the vines were worked through the ages with spectacular scenes. This unusual storehouse unites the perfect conditions for aging wine. There is also a reminder of the wine world, left through the tools used to tend to the vines, on exhibition 80 meters below the ground.
