In Paulhan there’s a fruit and vegetable producer who sells olive oil, fruit juices and wines cultivated according to sustainable agricultural practice. 3 generations of sowing and gathering, in a warm atmosphere where the notion of sharing is very much put forward. You’ll find them not only in the different local markets, but also in the shops in Paulhan or directly at the farm on appointment. Crops are grown in the open-air.
