Managed by 3 wine enthusiasts, fans of the schist terroir, Domaine Florence Alquier works the vines while preserving the agricultural heritage through sustainable and ethical agriculture. Our plots and our cellar are in Faugères, in the Haut Languedoc Regional Park where the art of dry stone has been inscribed in the UNESCO Cultural and Intangible Heritage of Humanity, which has made our beautiful windmills famous. The wines of Domaine Florence Alquier are constantly improving? They are among the best wines of the Languedoc. Our wines are particularly aromatic, fresh, elegant and airy, making them ideal for drinking quickly or keeping for a few years. We organize tastings and sell red and white wine at the cellar.
