Le Prieuré Saint-Jean de Bébian, one of the oldest estates in the Languedoc, is today a reference among French wines. The estate covers 24 hectares that the Romans already cultivated in ancient times In the 1970s, the Bébian estate underwent major transformations. While the old Mediterranean vines (Cinsault, Carignan) were carefully preserved, “noble” grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, etc.) were planted.
