Established in olive-growing for many years in the heart of the Hérault region, we currently have over 3,000 trees in production. 100% self-sufficient, l’Oliveraie Barthélémy produces: olive oil, olives de bouches, tapenades, olive purées, etc.

L’Oliveraie Barthelemy is the passionate work of a father and son: Alain & Franck: producers, confectioners and millers. Between Gard and Hérault: a family-run business with nearly 3,000 olive trees in production. The olives are processed entirely in-house.
