In Pradines le Bas, the olive tree is honored as a symbol of peace, sacrifice and hope: olive oil was used to crown kings, symbolizing the passage from one state to another.
With a view to reviving the Languedoc Roussillon region’s olive-growing tradition, Francine Buesa raises her olive trees with passion on 20 hectares of land, respecting the environment and producing the finest vintages of olives and olive oil.
The juices are first cold-pressed using traditional and modern methods in an olive mill in partnership with a tree-lover who contributes all his agronomic knowledge to the production of these precious liquids.
Each variety is picked at the most opportune moment.
