Mon Jardin de Vignes is a private winery located in the Minervois. The vines are located on the foothills of the Montagne Noire, in an isolated valley, a wonderful green setting and preserved biodiversity, near the village of SIRAN From this exceptional terroir, Patrick the winegrower manages his vines manually without irrigation, as naturally as possible with a permanent spontaneous grassing Installed in an old cellar of 1907, Patrick elaborates his wines in a traditional way Envol is a cuvée of terroir, a Minervois with power but also finesse with softened tannins Soif de vin, is a natural wine, with fruit and spices that calls for greed At the cellar, Patrick will be pleased to show you these two bottles.
