Mas Seren is a vineyard perched at over 300 m altitude in the heart of an oak wood in the foothills of the Cévennes.
The winemaker’s approach has always been dictated by respect for this unique environment and the preservation of its biodiversity.

In the heart of an oak wood where the plots are outlined by hedges, copses and a stream, Emmanuelle develops an artisanal viticulture where the vines blossom to the rhythm of the horse’s hooves. She accompanies with meticulousness and care, this soil which reveals wines where the aromatic intensity and the smoothness of the tannins are underlined by an astonishing freshness!

The estate owns six hectares located at an altitude of 300 m. The harvest is spread out over a month to follow the rhythm of each grape variety… Manual harvest of course!

The Mas Seren is part of an organic farming process.
