About
Family-run organic and biodynamic winegrowing estate, independent winegrower, tasting cellar and direct sales from the producer. Facing the Canigó, our 11-hectare vineyard, planted since the 1940s, is one of the highest in France (600 to 700 m altitude). We grow six indigenous or rare grape varieties: Carignan, of course, but also Grenache, Chenanson, Syrah, Cinsault and Chasan. The quality of our grapes, harvested exclusively by hand, means that we use virtually no additives in our wines. Only sulphites, and in minimal doses. We ferment using indigenous yeasts. We offer a free self-guided tour. Discover our vineyard, its history, its casots and its dolmen. The QR code terminals provide explanatory videos. We also offer a free cycle route through the vineyards, with explanatory terminals. Ask us for the route!
