The history of Mas la Chevalière in the Languedoc region is above all that of high-altitude terroirs suited to the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.
Mas la Chevalière was awarded the Prix Spécial du Jury at the Trophées 2021 de la Performance Énergétique de l’Industrie Agroalimentaire.
The new winery stands out for its efficiency: in terms of technical processes (avant-garde gravity-fed cooling system), energy management (the site will become energy self-sufficient in 2019 during the summer months) and natural resource management (water savings in particular).
