The vineyard is made up of several grape varieties, planted on different types of soil and with different exposures, giving a maximum number of different products. This enables us to produce a supple, fruity cuvée available in all three colors, a more complex and concentrated white and red in the middle of the range, and a top-of-the-range barrel-aged red, as well as a 100% Muscat petit grain in IGP Cotes de Thongue.
