A place steeped in history since the 1930s, Domaine du Mas des Volques takes its name from the remains of a small Gaulish village, the Volques Arécomiques, discovered amidst the vines.
In 2010, while working as a cellar master in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Nicolas decided, with the help of his parents and the advice of Philippe Cambie, a renowned Rhône Valley oenologist, to take over the family business. With a passion for oenology, the Domaine’s wines are quickly noticed and take their place on the finest tables in France and abroad…. In 2015, Nicolas decided to set up on a full-time basis, giving him the opportunity to vinify all his parcels and expand his range.
