About
The Mas des Chimeres is an independant wine cellar started in 1993, its domain is in Octon in the Salagou valley. A continual search for ways to improve our terroir took us in the direction of rapidly abandonning all the chemical products harmful for the life of the earth and plants. We use organic agriculture to work our vines and wines are certified Organic. Producers of AOC Terrasse du Larzac and VDP Coteaux du Salagou in Organic Agriculture, hand-picked havesting.
