The Giraud family has been winegrowers from father to son for 5 generations. From an early age, Gilles was immersed in the rhythm of the vineyard. From planting to harvesting, everything is done by hand. It wasn’t until the 1970s that harvesting machines arrived in our region. Some of the work is still done by hand, but this traditional method is kept for the older plots, for which the greatest care is owed!

Gilles bought his first vines in 1999 and cultivated them while continuing to work as a manager for a local winery. He made wine there for 20 years. In 2010, he took over his parents’ vineyards on a tenant basis. Today, the vineyard covers 29 hectares.
The vineyard estate has been completely renewed: ideal for starting the first vinifications!
