In 1989, the Julien brothers chose organic farming. The vineyards are located amid garrigue scrubland. The vines taking root is the main objective. The vines produce only what they can sustain, in perfect equilibrium in harmony with nature. The wines are rich and complex, SO2 doses are very low, maceration long and some are aged in barrels. They have a strong, deep colour and a powerful and elegant range of aromas.
