Mas d’Alezon, run by Catherine Roque is located on the appellation’s highest schist terroir. This Faugères vineyard practises biodynamics and is planted with Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah. An estate not to be missed! Le Presbytère is a first class Faugères vintage vinified with as little sulphur as possible. The nose is complex, evoking prune, cherry and spices. In the mouth, you will find the freshness of C. Roque wines, as well as their elegance. An organic wine developing into notes of dark fruits, herbs, spices. Good length.
