Our handcrafted organic jams are made from carefully selected fruit, picked close to the production site, and prepared according to a demanding, meticulous family know-how that brings out the best in the fruit and its texture. This know-how of excellence is recognized by top hotel chefs the world over. The range of jams includes classic flavors such as Strawberry, Apricot du Roussillon, Raspberry, Orange, Cherry, Fig, etc? But also more original recipes such as Peach Apricot with Rosemary or Banana with Spices, which are the Maison’s trademark. These top-quality recipes, available in hotels and selected distributors, will soon be available to consumers.
