A pioneer in the production and marketing of Roussillon wines, an expert in Biodynamic viticulture and a leader in Vins Doux Naturels, Cazes is a benchmark throughout the world. The creation of a new tasting room and the restaurant “La table d’Aimé” in 2009 at the heart of the estate won Cazes 1st prize in the national wine tourism awards in the category “enhancement of a wine-producing site”.
