Winegrower in the Cévennes foothills, on the terroirs of AOP Duché d’Uzès and IGP Cévennes.

In keeping with his principles and his love of nature – and mountain biking – he switched to organic farming. Respect for the soil and plants determines his actions, so as to harvest the very best from old hillside vines. Hand-harvesting, sorting and barrel ageing are all essential to extract the best aromas and produce a wine with terroir and character.
