The miller will make you discover the different oils coming from the ancestral varieties of the Biterroise region. The Lucques, a local olive selected and prepared by us will enchant your taste buds, as well as all the gourmet pleasures of our regional producers that you will discover in our small store. A video will make you discover the manufacture of the olive oil of our mill, the press always in function with which oils of vintages are elaborated (olive trees of more than 1000 years, vintage of the Oppidum…).
