About
Abdon, Gérard and Frédéric Oulié follow several generations in cultivating vines and producing wine in the commune of Cahors. The “Hauts de Saint-Georges” wines come from soils typical of the Causse, shallow and rocky : called “Les Cayrasses”. All the work of wine making, aging in barrels and bottling is done here on the premises.
