A pioneer in organic farming, Domaine de Petit Roubié has been AB certified since 1985.
In a Mediterranean climate, the vines are located in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation area, overlooking the Etang de Thau and its famous oyster farm. They produce a white AOP wine and white, rosé and red Vins de Pays.

The vineyards are planted on typical clay-limestone soils, with respect for biological cycles and the protection of biodiversity.
