About
Taken over at the end of 2012 by Maison Cazes, Les Clos de Paulilles, located in the Anse de Paulilles, is an emblematic estate between Collioure and Banyuls whose wines are recognised the world over for their quality. It extends over 90 hectares of valleys and schist terraces, 65 hectares of which are planted with vines. Its fully-renovated cellar, reception area and waterfront restaurant offer a magical setting for wine tourism. Visits to the estate: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5pm in July and August, by prior arrangement on 04 68 81 49 79. The Wine Shop is open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm.
