Caves Richemer was born of the merger of the Agde and Marseillan cooperative wineries.
They bring together 350 winegrowers with a vineyard of 1500ha and an annual production of 100,000hl, with 65% white wines, 25% rosés and 10% reds.
They owe their name to a legend: Henri de Richet, a Marseillan winegrower who is said to have made his fortune in the wine trade, thanks to the maritime trade. He soon became known as Henri de Richemer.
All Richemer wines are PGI Pays d’Oc or PGI Côtes de Thau.
