Since summer 2018, the cooperative wineries of Abeilhan, Caux , Pézenas, Pouzolles and Roujan have decided to join forces to enhance the brilliance and unique character of this terroir. Les Caves Molière, which holds the Vignobles et Découverte and Qualité Tourisme Occitanie Sud de France labels, represents 2,400 hectares and 420 winegrowers, all united by the same values of quality and passion for their craft and their land. Today, the Terroir de Molière and its wines are synonymous with conviviality and high quality.
