In a forest with natural springs, in the shade of chestnut trees, come and visit our farm in the Hérault Mountains. We love having visitors, but prefer when they ring ahead! You can take an enjoyable and educational walk, traditionally ending on an inviting tasting session, which is rather festive in roasted chestnut season. We periodically move our hives around the South of France, and as there are only two of us on the farm, we always work towards quality in our products and offering a wide choice of local honeys. I make my own pain d’épices and cakes with chestnut flour, white nougat with lavender or heather honey and sweets…
