Le Moulin de Minerve, a family-run business founded around ten years ago, was the first private olive mill in the Pyrénées-Orientales. More than eight different varieties of olive are grown across seven hectares. Come and discover our expertise in producing olive oil and natural soaps in a warm and friendly setting. Open at the farm from June to September. Group visits by appointment. We’re at the market in Saint-Cyprien (Tuesday and Friday mornings) and Port Leucate (Wednesday and Sunday mornings) from May to September.
