The Moulin de Minerve, a family-run business founded around ten years ago, was the first privately-owned olive mill in the Pyrénées-Orientales. More than 8 different varieties of olives are grown on 7 hectares of land. Come and discover our expertise in making olive oil and natural soaps in a warm and friendly setting. At the farm from June to September. Group visits by appointment. Present from May to September at the Saint-Cyprien market (Tuesday and Friday mornings).
