The oysters produced by Mas Soula are distinguished from those of other oyster farms by their special farming method, which results in a product of the highest quality at the expense of yield. The first floor of le Mas Soula has been converted into a tasting room. This covered room also has a terrace with a beautiful view over part of the shellfish port, the Thau Basin and the oyster beds.
