About

Adèle and Olivier settled in 2014 in the Haut Languedoc, in the Faugères appellation. They cultivate their 8ha of old vines with sensitivity and rigor in order to express the characteristics of this schist terroir. The vineyard oscillates between 200 and 400 meters of altitude, conferring freshness and finesse to their wines. The vineyard is traditionally planted with a majority of Syrah and old Carignan, with a smaller proportion of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Lledoner Pellut, an old Languedoc variety. In order to respect the work done throughout the year in the vineyard, the grapes are harvested by hand. In the cellar, Adèle and Olivier, through their technical skills but also their in the cellar, Adèle and Olivier, through their technical skills but also their sensibility, vinify their wines to aim at the best characteristics of the appellation and the vintage.
