Based in Gramat, La Quercynoise producers’ group came into being in 1975. Nowadays, the renown of La Quercynoise is well-established : it brings together more than 193 producers of fat geese and ducks. Worthy successors to a tradition of family know-how, these men and women with a passion have chosen to use their experience in the service of quality and the excellent food traditions of the Lot to get the very best in taste from their products. Every day our chefs and all our production teams prepare their local dishes for you and offer a range of products which respect your expectations and requirements.
