La ferme du Cairn is a family farm that raises Tarasconnaise lambs in Campan according to the seasons and the natural resources of our beautiful Pyrenees. In the summer, the ewes are taken to the summer pastures at an altitude of 2400m where they graze freely in the mountains. We visit them every week. In spring and autumn they eat the grass of the meadows of the farm and in winter the hay and the regain (2nd cut) produced during the summer, supplemented by cereals.
