In the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation, Florès is a wine tourism complex featuring contemporary architecture that combines wine tasting with fine dining.
The tasting and shop area is built around a modern wine cellar, offering a selection of wines, local produce and souvenirs.
The Florès Sens restaurant serves dishes made with seasonal and local produce. The wines served are from the Florensac cooperative winery at very reasonable prices.
