At the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation, Vinipolis is a contemporary wine tourism complex combining wine tasting and gastronomy.
The tasting and sales area is designed around educational and entertaining “wine-themed” terminals presenting grape varieties, their characteristics and winemaking methods.
The Florès Sens Mediterranean restaurant serves dishes based on seasonal and local produce. Wines are served from the Florensac cooperative cellar, at very reasonable prices.
